How to apply B3
Bands to your swimming:
If you are a novice and just want to get in shape:

Start with
B3
Leg Bands only. Hold the side of the pool and do 3 sets of leg kicks. Each set to fatigue. 3 sets with 1 minute rest in between.

Progress to wearing all 4 bands on arms and legs and swim for 5-10 minutes until fatigued.

Maximum time with bands on 20 minutes
If you are an intermediate swimmer that wants to use to get in fantastic shape:

Swim wearing all 4 B3
Bands on arms and legs. Swim for 2-5 minutes until fatigued. Rest 1 minute, and repeat two more times.

Maximum time with bands on 20 minutes
If you are an advanced swimmer that wants to improve performance:

Alternate workouts with
B3 Bands. Thus if you
swim 4 days per week, swim with the B3
Bands two days.

Swim with all 4 bands for 1 set to maximal fatigue if you are distance swimmer.

If you are a short distance swimmer, swim short distance intervals, rest, and repeat until you reach maximum fatigue.

You can also alternate using all 4 bands, then only arm bands, and then only leg bands to increase performance

Maximum time with bands on 20 minutes
